At Batavia Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Batavia account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Place the items in their original packaging with all protective inserts and tags attached to ensure the product arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the returned home goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
